Yup I achieved my exercise goals for the week ! Not only did I achieve them, I did them with relative ease ! ( Heck something had to be easy for me this week *wink*). I decided to shake it up this week and do my exercises Hula Hoop and Stairs on the same day. That means 1 hour 15 minutes 3 times a week.
Not one mental swear doing this stairs this week! In fact I have been able to maintain a steady pace for the first 17 minutes, and the last steps aren't as hard anymore either! I can already see changes in my abdominal muscles and it has only been 2 weeks! Yay me!!!
Food journal was going well until Friday. I did have one complete meal on Friday, and I did 'eat' throughout the day, just well ( Cat don't throw things at me). The water thing is still a challenge. I'll get there.

Now in the interest of spreading Canadian Stereotypes Internationally, I'll post a video that really no one needs to see :).. BTW a TWO FOUR is what Canadians call a case of 24 beer. Toques are winter hats. Back Bacon is what Americans refer to as Canadian Bacon ( um, most Canadians eat regular bacon in fact I as a child I had NO idea what people meant when they said Canadian bacon).
